Built in Darwin · for Aussie trades

Invoice while you're still on the truck.

Voice-note the job, snap the photos, and hit one button — the invoice goes through Xero before you drive to the next call. Customers get chased automatically when they go overdue. You get paid faster without thinking about it.

The three things that change your week

Less paperwork. Faster payments. Zero chasing.

TradieFlow is built around the parts of running a trades business that actually bleed revenue — the capture, the invoice, and the chase. Everything else is plumbing.

Capture

Voice + photo, one-handed.

Hold the big green button, talk through what you did, snap a few photos of the switchboard, hit save. Our AI writes the summary while you drive. Works offline when you're in a roof cavity with no signal.

Works in gloves · offline queue
Invoice

One-tap Xero invoice.

When the quote gets accepted, one unmissable chartreuse button raises the Xero invoice, emails the customer a Pay Now link, and updates the job — from the truck. No "get back to office and reconcile" at 8pm anymore.

Typically paid in ~5 days
Chase

Auto-chase overdue invoices.

3-day friendly nudge, 7-day firmer, 14-day with a BSB reminder, 30-day final notice. Runs on a cron, emails + SMS, logs every touch on the job record. You wake up to "paid" notifications, not to chasing.

Days-to-payment down by 40%
How it works

A typical Russell-on-the-tools day.

The whole flow from arrival to paid invoice, without anyone touching a laptop.

01

Arrive on site

One tap sends the "on my way" SMS. Customer knows when you'll be there — no more angry calls.

02

Capture the job

Hold the record button, describe the work, snap photos. Offline fine. AI drafts the job summary.

03

Send quote → accepted

Customer gets a signed link, taps Accept. Your phone pings. One chartreuse button raises the Xero invoice.

04

Paid — or auto-chased

If they pay in 5 days, you're done. If not, the chase ladder runs itself. You never write "just following up" again.

Why we built this

Russell & Temira Jarmyn told us what was broken.

Jarmyn Electrical is a two-person sparky in Darwin doing annual smoke-alarm compliance for property managers. They were already using the biggest name in the space. It handled dispatch fine. It failed them where it mattered — the part that costs them money.

Invoices pushed to Xero one way. Payments synced back 30 minutes late. Contacts only synced after an invoice was raised. Overdue chasing was manual. Their days-to-payment was 12 days and trending up.

We watched Temira bookkeep on a Sunday night, copying BSB numbers into SMS, chasing a $7,788 invoice from one of their major property-manager clients. That's when we knew what to build. Everything TradieFlow does is aimed at that exact Sunday night.

"Two people, 60 jobs a month, annual smoke-alarm compliance for property managers. If TradieFlow gets our days-to-payment under seven, we buy Thien a carton."
